New Year's New Glory Donghua Chain was selected as a green and low-carbon factory in Zhejiang Province.
Recently, the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology, together with the Provincial Development and Reform Commission and the Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment, issued the Notice on Publishing the List of Zhejiang Provincial Green Low-carbon Industrial Parks and Factories in 2022, and Donghua Chain was selected as "Zhejiang Provincial Green Low-carbon Factories in 2022".
It is reported that the green low-carbon factory belongs to the production unit of manufacturing industry, and the implementation unit with green manufacturing as the main body is the core of green manufacturing, and the green production chain is adhered to. Building a green and low-carbon factory is an important way to conform to the trend of green development and practice the goal of "double carbon", and encourage enterprises to optimize the consumption of product resources and develop towards the goal of environmental friendliness and resource intensive. Enterprises need to pass the evaluation of more than 80 indicators in five categories, such as "intensive land use, harmless raw materials, clean production, waste recycling and low-carbon energy" before they can be selected.
Since Donghua was founded, green environmental protection, energy saving and emission reduction have been accompanied by the development of enterprises. In particular, the honorary chairman Xuan Bihua put forward the central idea of "creating wealth while not destroying the environment" in 2003, that is, while vigorously developing the economy, enterprises should achieve coordinated development with the natural environment, take the effectiveness of environmental management as one of the company's development strategies and business objectives, and formulate the environment of "optimizing the environment, continuously improving and creating a world-class chain enterprise" in combination with the introduction and implementation of ISO14001 environmental management system. It is organically combined with the long-term planning of enterprises to ensure the creation of a win-win situation for economy and environment. Especially in manufacturing, the concept of circular economy is introduced into each process, and the environmental strategy of overall prevention is applied to the production process, products and services. At the same time, through technical research, toxic and harmful raw materials and backward processing technology are eliminated, renewable resources are fully utilized, and photovoltaic power generation is made.
